KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Service & Troubleshooting:
- Perform preventive maintenance on all HUG systems according to HUG standard maintenance plan
- Diagnosis of malfunctions and troubleshooting
- Carry out emission measurements and reports (NOx, Soot, CO, etc..) using the relevant tools
- Provide remote support (calls/e-mails/etc.) for troubleshooting and spare part identification to customers and colleagues
- Commissioning:
- Carry out commissioning of various projects
- On-site coordination & instruction of customer support teams
- Training of customers for operations and maintenance during handover of HUG system
- Ensure optimal customer satisfaction and operational readiness of the system
- Other Responsibilites:
- Internal and external customer support for technical matter
- Promote HUG products
- Proactive learning about company products and services
- Care and maintenance of equipment and tools
- Provide timely and accurate working reports
- Travel Requirements up to 80%, including extended overnight stays, mainly in USA; position will also travel internationally
- Willingness to occasionally travel or work on weekends
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed training in the field of electrical engineering or mechanics (mechatronics technician, electronics technician, plant mechanic, industrial mechanic, or comparable training)
- Preferred previous experience with engine and/or aftertreatment systems for highhorsepower applications
- Ability to perform complex troubleshooting
- Proficiency in industrial electrical systems (PID Controls, wiring, analog and digital transmitters, sensors, etc.)
- Ability to handle AC and DC Circuits including Relay Logic
- Comfortable with mechanical work and ability to perform physically demanding tasks
- Autonomy and capability of taking ownership and accountability
- Proficiency with MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English, ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must be a US Citizen
- Must have a valid passport, or be able to obtain one in a timely manner
