As an HR Trainee, you will support the full employee lifecycle while gaining hands on experience across core HR functions. This role is ideal for early-career talent who want to build a strong foundation in HR within an international company with a strong Swiss footprint.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Recruitment: Draft jobs ads, screen applications, coordinate interviews and support HR Business Partners / Hiring Managers
- Onboarding Coordination: Prepare onboarding materials, schedule introductions, and ensure a smooth start for new hires
- Learning & Development: Assist with our Hug Academy project and support tracking development activities
- HR Projects: Contribute to employer branding, process improvements & digitalization initiatives
- HR Administration: Prepare contracts and support compliance with Swiss labor law
Employee Support: Help with general HR queries
YOUR PROFILE:
- Ongoing or recently completed studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field
- Previous traineeship or apprenticeship within Human Resources department desirable
- German native language and very good English skills. Dutch or Italian language is a plus
- High attention to detail, reliability and a proactive mindset
- Team-oriented, open-minded and eager to learn
