We are looking for a Project & Sales Manager (f/m/d) who thrives at the intersection of technology, customers and project execution.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and grow customer relationships
- Prepare proposals and lead negotiations
- Manage projects from quotation to the end of the warranty phase
- Coordinate technical and commercial aspects with internal teams
- Prepare frame agreements for key accounts
- Participate in (inter)national exhibitions and conferences
- Conduct risk and stakeholder management
- Travel internationally (approx. 20%)
YOUR PROFILE:
- Bachelor’s degree (HBO/MBO) in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
- Experience in sales and project management of engineered industrial products
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Analytical, solution oriented, and detail focused
- Independent, reliable, and customer centric
- Fluent in Dutch & English (German is a plus)
- VOL VCA (or willingness to obtain)
- Driving licence B
