KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the inhouse production quality (apparatus and ceramics production)
- Manage final acceptances of inhouse productions and external productions at suppliers
- Manage deviation process by leading the 8D-Team for external as well as internal claims
YOUR PROFILE:
- Completed bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, electrical or comparable
- 3 to 5 years of working experience in Quality Management in an industrial environment
- Knowledge in Quality Management tools (PDCA, FMEA, PPAP, 8D, etc.)
- Knowledge in the QMS standard ISO 9001
- Strong communication skills in English and German
- Ability to work in a team and in an international environment
- Positive mindset
- Solution oriented way of working with attention to details
- Accountability and ability to work independently and proactively
- Political savviness and ability to deal with conflict of interests
- Willingness to travel 10-20% (driven by business needs)
