The year may be moving fast, but for us, the busiest and most exciting stretch is still ahead. Over the next few months, our teams will be crossing continents, from the Mediterranean to the US and Northern Europe, to meet our customers, explore new opportunities, and showcase what Hug does best: developing and delivering exhaust aftertreatment solutions that help our industries move towards a cleaner future.

Whether we’re hosting visitors at our booth, sponsoring industry gatherings, or walking the docks and halls to connect with partners, each of these events offers a unique stage to strengthen relationships, discover new projects, and share how Hug’s expertise can turn regulatory challenges into real, sustainable gains.

The Yacht Industry’s Grand Finale

Monaco Yacht Show

From September to November, the world’s most prestigious yachting events will gather shipyards, designers, captains, owners, and suppliers to celebrate innovation, performance, and luxury on the water.

We’ll start in early September at the Cannes Yachting Festival (9–14 September), one of Europe’s most vibrant in-water shows. It’s the perfect place to catch up with our customers, spot the latest launches, and follow the direction yacht technology is taking - especially when it comes to environmental performance.

Just a couple of weeks later, we move to the superyacht capital: the Monaco Yacht Show (24–27 September). This is where we’ll welcome visitors to our booth, right in the middle of Port Hercule, to talk about tailored aftertreatment systems for new builds and refits.

In October, our Yacht BU team will cross the Atlantic for the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show (29 October–2 November). As the world’s largest in-water boat show, FLIBS is an unmissable opportunity to meet the North American market face-to-face, strengthen ties with shipyards, and stay ahead of regional regulations and trends.

November will be all about connecting with the industry’s technical side. At METSTRADE (18 - 20 November) in Amsterdam, the world’s leading trade show for marine equipment, we’ll be exhibiting again - presenting our proven SCR and DPF solutions and discussing the challenges of integrating them into complex yacht designs. Another event our team will attend is the Superyacht Summit Türkiye (11 - 12 November), an emerging hub for high-end refits and new builds, where sustainability is quickly climbing the agenda.

USA Stationary Power & Data Center Events

Data Center

September will also be an important month for our stationary power and data center activities in the United States.

We kick off with the Wärtsilä Users Group Conference in Reno, Nevada (29 September-02 October), where Hug Engineering will participate as a sponsor. This is a prime opportunity to engage with operators, engineers, and decision-makers using Wärtsilä power solutions - discussing how our aftertreatment technologies can support cleaner operations, enhance reliability, and meet stringent US emissions requirements.

Later that month, we’ll head to San Antonio, Texas, for Data Center World POWER (29 September–1 October). As the demand for secure and sustainable data infrastructure grows, our solutions play a critical role in ensuring backup power systems meet environmental compliance without compromising performance. We’ll be there to network with industry leaders and explore how to integrate our systems into mission-critical power setups.

Europort – Where the Workboat World Meets

In November, we’ll also be at Europort (04 - 07 November), the international meeting point for maritime industry, with a special focus on workboats, offshore, and commercial vessels. Here, our Marine BU will be on site with a booth, ready to demonstrate how Hug solutions can help operators in demanding sectors meet tightening emission standards without sacrificing reliability or performance.

It’s the ideal place to showcase retrofit-ready systems for vessels that need to achieve IMO Tier III compliance, as well as to discuss the integration of aftertreatment solutions in future propulsion concepts, including methanol, ammonia, and hybrid configurations.

DCN Zurich – Data Center Nation

Our final stop of the year will be in Zurich on 25 November at DCN Zurich, a key event for data center professionals. While not a marine event, it’s equally relevant to Hug because the same engineering expertise that enables clean power generation for ships also applies to stationary power in mission-critical infrastructure.

As data centers grow in size and energy demand, their operators face increasing pressure to minimise environmental impact. Our team will be there to exchange ideas on how aftertreatment systems can be part of greener backup power strategies - helping meet both uptime requirements and sustainability goals.
