Part time placement in our department "Technical Redaction"

Start date/ duration: as from now, limited to 6 - 12 months 

Workload: ideally 50 %

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Compiling technical documents (e.g. drawings, functional descriptions, project planning documents, etc.)
• Cooperation and coordination with the design and project department
• Internal planning and coordination of manuals with the aim of on-time delivery 
• Support in the creation and adaptation of manuals from the editorial system
• Collaboration in the creation of graphics and new descriptions and manuals

YOUR PROFILE

• Enrolled student in the field of technical communication/editing, mechanical engineering, automotive engineering or comparable
• Basic training or good knowledge in the technical field
• Knowledge of MS Office applications and understanding of database systems, e.g. an editorial system such as TIM Info-Manager
• Excellent written and spoken German and good English skills
• Good organizational skills as well as an independent and precise way of working
• Enjoy working in a team and have a hands-on mentality
