Internship: Simulation, Measurement and Data Analysis of Diesel Particulate Filters

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Simulate Diesel Particulate Filters and exhaust aftertreatment systems using 1D system simulation tools
- Characterize filters and catalysts using advanced measurement techniques
- Run just-in-time simulations during engine test bench at customer sites
- Develop and apply a Python-based analysis framework (data processing, evaluation, modeling support)
YOUR PROFILE
- An undergraduate or graduate student enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in mechanical engineering, process engineering, chemical engineering or comparable field
- Strong interest in filter physics, catalysis, system modeling, and data analysis
- Very good English skills; German is a plus
- Structured, analytical, and hands-on mindset
