Are you highly organized, technically minded, and energized by keeping service operations running smoothly? We are looking for a Service Coordinator who can maintain oversight and ensure effective collaboration between customers, service engineers, and the internal organization.
What will you do?
As a Service Coordinator, you will be the central point of contact between our customers, engineers, and internal teams. You will ensure that service requests are handled efficiently and that activities are planned and coordinated effectively. Your responsibilities include:
- Receiving, registering, and coordinating service requests
- Scheduling service engineers
- Monitoring the progress of service and maintenance activities
- Coordinating activities with the Project Manager, Service Manager, and engineers
- Identifying bottlenecks and proactively finding solutions
- Contributing ideas to improve service processes
Who are we looking for?
We are seeking an enthusiastic and practical-minded colleague who can switch quickly between tasks and remain calm under pressure. You have:
- MBO+/HBO working and thinking level, preferably in a technical or organizational field
- Experience in a technical, service-oriented, or coordinating role
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Affinity with technology and engineering
- An independent and solution-oriented mindset
- A customer-focused attitude
- Good command of Dutch and English; knowledge of German is an advantage
- Experience as a Service Coordinator, Work Planner, Scheduler, or Technical Coordinator is a plus
