Expanding into new markets comes with challenges, and for us at Genesal Energy, one key hurdle was meeting the strict environmental regulations in Belgium and Germany. With Hug Engineering’s exhaust gas after-treatment systems, we successfully delivered 4,400 kVA emergency generators for a combined cycle power plant, seamlessly operating in parallel with each other and the grid. An additional emergency power solution with a 6,000KVA capacity are set to be deployed soon, all featuring Hug’s systems with the most advanced Electro-Chemical closed loop monitoring system needed to meet the stringent emissions requirements in Europe. Choosing Hug Engineering meant we could move forward without worry, knowing that our solutions met the highest environmental standards while maintaining the reliability our customers expect.
