Swiss Emission Reduction Specialist Hug Engineering AG, is announcing the registration of a new company in Shanghai, China with the aims to boost its development in Chinese High Horse Power (HHP) market, as well as to explore new markets in Asia. The new company in China is a key step forward in Hug Engineering’s strategy to establish stronger regional support in Europe, Asia and America.

The new company in China called Hug Engineering (Shanghai) Company Limited is a key step forward in Hug Engineering’s strategy to establish stronger regional support in Europe, Asia and America. Perfectly fit to the local market and its local customers, this strategy enables quick response and qualified technical support to customers based in different markets.

The Faurecia division CVE/HHP presents tremendous growth perspectives with the market value to nearly double by 2025 and the emission regulation is driving content increase, especially in China and Asia Pacific. With the new legal entity in China, Hug Engineering team is eligible to develop, consult the technologies, as well as to wholesale, and to provide services. In the middle / long term, Hug Engineering Asia will enjoy more autonomy to develop its activities to achieve market leadership position in the region.
