Due to the huge success and a lot of positive feedback from the 2015 Hug Engineering Marine Conference in Bremen, Germany, we will repeat the conference on February 16, 2017 in Hamburg, Germany.

We expect about 100-120 visitors from shipyards, shipping companies, authorities and institutions - in 2015 there were 85 visitors.
In order not to organize an advertising event by Hug, but to present maritime emission technologies to professional audience, mainly external speakers will hold the lectures (e.g. DNVGL and the Federal Environment Office, etc.).

The topics of the conference are:

• Possibilities of exhaust gas purification in the maritime sector and their technical limits
• Certification according to emission regulations and approval by classification rules
• IMO Tier III Certifications / Retrospect 1 year IMO Tier III
• Developments for future emission legislations in the maritime sector
• Products and developments for future emission legislations in the maritime sector
• The lectures are hold in German.
