From a Shared Space to a Place of Our Own

For years, the Italian team operated from a rented business center - a collection of small offices with shared corridors and meeting rooms. It worked. But it never truly felt like ours. There was no storage space, no room to grow, and most of all, no sense of home.

We dreamed of something better - a space where people could collaborate, create, and feel proud to welcome customers and partners. So we began the search.

And when we found the right building, we didn’t hesitate. From the moment we stepped through the door, we could see the potential: a modern space, full of light, with impressive architecture, and enough room for both our offices and production facilities.

A Race Against Time - and an Incredible Team Effort

The transformation happened fast - incredibly fast. From signing the agreement at the end of April to hosting a grand opening just six weeks later in mid-June, it was a whirlwind of planning, painting, furnishing, and coordinating.

Everyone rolled up their sleeves. Whether it was preparing the space, setting up the workstations, managing deliveries, or handling the last-minute touches, the whole team played a part. It wasn’t just a project - it became a shared mission.

There were late nights, early mornings, weekends spent on-site - and all of it fueled by excitement, pride, and a sense of ownership. This was no longer just a new building. It was our building.

A Celebration Worthy of the Moment

The grand opening was more than a ribbon-cutting — it was a celebration of commitment, community, and hard work. The sun was shining, the mood was joyful, and the new building stood proudly in the background, ready to start its new life.

Guests were treated to delicious food, heartfelt conversations, and a few surprises that made the day truly unforgettable. A caricaturist created funny portraits of everyone who attended, bringing laughter and souvenirs to take home. A magician amazed the crowd with astonishing tricks that added a touch of wonder to the occasion. 

There was a sense of magic in the air - not just from the magician, but from the energy of a team that had built something meaningful together.

With this new facility, we’re not just gaining office space. We’re gaining capacity - with dedicated areas for production, logistics, and collaboration that will help us serve customers better and grow stronger in the years ahead.

But more than anything, we’re gaining a home - a place where our people feel they belong. A place to welcome visitors proudly. A place built not just with bricks and steel, but with effort, heart, and team spirit.

This event was not only a reward for months of hard work. It was the spark for everything that’s yet to come. Our colleagues in Italy will face new challenges, as every successful team does - but now they’ll face them together, from a home base that reflects the strength, resilience, and ambition of who they are.
